Some quilting pantographs play it safe. This one points the way. Iconic Carpet Triangles is a geometric triangle pantograph inspired by vintage hotel carpet. Big triangles rise like arrowheads. Small ones sit tucked inside. Round arches tie the rows together. It's moody. It's bold. It's a little spooky.
As a geometric triangle pantograph, it adds a sharp, modern edge. As a carpet pattern pantograph, it adds old-school charm. Use it for Halloween quilts, cozy fall quilts, or a gift for Dad. Teens will love it. Those up-pointing shapes can even look like pine trees. Try it on a winter quilt, too.
This machine quilting pantograph has very minimal backtracking. That means less stopping for you. At 7.5" wide, it's the widest repeat in the Iconic Carpet set. Pick your size, or use the default. Easy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Iconic Carpet Triangles a digital or paper pantograph?
It's a digital pantograph pattern. No paper pattern or physical product will be shipped.
What size and settings work best?
The default size is 12" high and 7.5" wide. For best nesting, use the default height and width, 0% offset, and a -6.85" gap. You can resize it in your quilting software.
Does it have a lot of backtracking?
No. Backtracking is very minimal, so the stitch-out stays smooth.
Why does it look like arrows or pine trees?
The nested triangles point up and down like arrowheads. The up-pointing shapes with center stems can also look like evergreen trees. That makes it a fun pick for winter and cabin quilts.
How is it different from the other Iconic Carpet designs?
All come from the same carpet-inspired series. Triangles has sharp arrow shapes, round arches between rows, and the widest repeat at 7.5". Octagons, Pentagons, and Squares use other shapes and narrower repeats.
Will it work on triangle or flying geese quilts?
Yes. The triangle shapes echo flying geese and half-square triangle blocks, so it makes a fun match. It also looks great on solid quilts, where the lines stand out.
